BPH220 Fully Automatic Servo Driving High Speed Blister Packing Machine

1. Introduction:

• BPH220 blister packing machine is mainly suitable for automatic blister packaging machines specially developed by pharmaceutical companies for automatic blister packaging of controlled bottles (including vials, oral liquid bottles), molded bottles and prefilled needles or similar small glass bottles. This machine can be used as a stand-alone machine, and can also be used in a linkage line with other stand-alone machines. The equipment is installed in the general area of the main equipment workshop. The main components of the equipment are: PVC preheating, blister forming, forming inspection, punching and conveying, product pallet, chiller and cooling system, pneumatic and air circuit System, electric control box (including operation panel).

2. Major advantages:

• The upper and lower heating plates are made of German horn silicone rubber electric heating plates. The heating temperature adopts segmented heating. The tray is formed stably, and the service life can reach 5 ~ 10 years. The heating plate is coated with special materials. The temperature is controlled separately, and the surface temperature difference is controlled at ± 3 ºC, so as to ensure uniform heating and effectively avoid incomplete forming of heating plate mucosa and tray.
• The whole forming station adopts the tool free quick change design, which can realize the quick change of multiple specifications;
• The standard linear feeder adopts the unique technology  - Airbag base technology. The circular and linear vibrators are imported from Germany, with low noise and high speed, which can meet the cutting demand of the fastest 500 boards in the whole line;
• Imported disc vibration plate is adopted, and the vibration plate is processed and formed by imported engineering plastic, with low noise value and fast vibration speed;
• The feeding area is separated from the blister machine area by zones, and three dust collection devices are equipped to effectively prevent the impact of drug dust on the surrounding environment.
