The automatic bottle unscrambler is to separate the disordered bottles through the star wheel, the turning mechanism and the air blowing assistance, so that the bottle mouth is up and flowing into the next process in an orderly manner. Applicable materials are plastic bottles. This machine has overload protection function and can be equipped with static elimination device. It can be applied to automatic bottle unscrambler in the pharmaceutical, key products and food industries. It can be used for both mass production and multi-variety small batch production. Comply with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical production.

Large-capacity bottle storage room, about 0.4 cubic meters, electric eye for detecting small bottles, and sound and light prompting feeding. The inclined design of the warehouse wall, the slope conveyor belt and the horizontal conveyor belt ensure the timely supply of bottles.

The bottle-arranging turntable has a fan-shaped design, and the outer circumference can be extended or reduced. It can be quickly adjusted for different sizes of bottles without changing the bottle-arranging turntable.
