1. Application:
This product is applicable to quantitative stick packaging of various fluid substances such as oral liquid, mouthwash and oral thick paste. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, food, daily chemical areas and other sectors

2. Features:
2.1  High-preision filling
The line assures a high fling precision up to 1% (filling quantity above 2ml) , benefiting from Truking's sterile liquid filling experience for nearly 20years, unique pumpback fligand anti-leakage control and good machining level

2.2  The easy to tear mouth is cut with one knife, which has good user experience and low material cost. The easy to tear mouth is sealed horizontally and longitudinally. One mold is cut at the same time to ensure that the two easy to tear mouths are in the same straight line, so as to enhance the user experience and truly make it easy to tear.
2.3  Full servo
Servo control is adopted for uncoiling, film deviation correction, filling, vertical sealing, fixed-point avoidance, horizontal sealing, film pulling and fillet cutting.
2.4  Straight guide rail
The sliding guide adopts linear guide rail. Compared with linear bearing, it has higher transmission accuracy, greater load, stronger stability and more durability.
2.5 Easy to clean
Both vertical and horizontal sealing mechanisms can be opened for thorough cleaning
2.6  It is easy to change the bag width and cross seal pattern:
Modular design concept, changing the transverse pattern and changing the bag width can replace the corresponding mold and install it as a whole. Save time, replace and install in one step.
2.7 Effectively prevent liquid entrapment in transverse seal
Truking liquid filling back suction control can effectively prevent dripping and leakage after filling, and servo filling subsection curve can control the filling speed and prevent liquid splashing.
