1. Introduction:
CSI-200 electromagnetic induction sealing machine is a full-automatic aluminum foil sealing equipment, which can be used in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. American Enercon original sealing head (SS 100).

The front-end equipment is the capping machine. The conveyor belt divides the bottles transported by the capping machine into a certain distance through the bottle dividing wheel device,the electromagnetic eddy current generated by the sealing mouth high-frequency coil makes the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth produce high heat instantly, and then fuse on the bottle mouth to achieve the sealing function. 2. Working principle:

Aluminum foil sealing machine uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to instantly generate high heat on the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth, and then fuse it on the bottle mouth to achieve the function of sealing.

Functions of the sealing machine: conveying incoming bottles, sealing aluminum foil, abnormal shutdown and elimination.

CSI-200 electromagnetic induction sealing machine is a mechatronics equipment applying PLC program control technology. The user can set the production parameters such as speed and time according to the product process needs. The machine has the function of parameter storage, automatically displaying the production speed and count, and has the function of eliminating abnormal shutdown. 3. Main configuration:
It is mainly composed of conveyor belt, bottle dividing wheel, sealing head, control system, etc.

3.1 bottle dividing
When the conveyor belt operates, the bottle wheel stops when the sealing machine does not work or is abnormal, and the sealing machine operates normally and starts bottle separation.

The bottle dividing wheel divides the bottles evenly, so that the heat transfer of sealing is balanced and the sealing quality is improved.

3.2 Sealing head

The host is imported from the United States and meets the FDA pharmaceutical production standard design.
It is suitable for a wide range of sealing bottle caps.
Bottle pouring detection, screw overload protection.


3.3 Control system

Electrically adjust the height of the host to adapt to bottles with different heights, saving time and labor.

Abnormal shutdown elimination.

The control system is based on hmi-plc structure. PLC is used to monitor equipment status, control equipment operation and execute relevant control interlocking. HMI provides user's operation interface.

The control system consists of electrical control cabinet, touch screen, some switches and sensors.

The main control module adopts Siemens s7-1200 series.

10 inch large touch screen shall be selected for operation touch screen.

Various types of switches and sensors are installed in different functional areas of the equipment.

The emergency stop button is installed at a proper position on the operation panel, which is easy for operators to access and can be easily touched.

All power systems are equipped with safety warning signs.
