SC-R250 rotary capping machine is mainly used for automatic capping of round bottles, square bottles and elliptical cylinders in pharmaceutical, health care products and food industries, in line with GMP guidelines.
The capping machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and man-machine interface operating system, the speed setting is stable and reliable, the control part adopts imported programming controller, automatic display capping speed and count, and the function of automatic elimination of unqualified products, modular design, specification adjustment and operation is simple and convenient, reasonable structure, convenient maintenance.
The bottles transported from the previous station are arranged in a row and sent to the bottle feeding screw mechanism through the conveyor belt. After being divided into monomers, they are accurately sent to the bottle feeding star wheel. At the same time, the cap is lifted from the bottle cap hopper to the cap handling mechanism by the hoist, and the cap is automatically sorted out according to the positive and negative directions, then sent to the cap sliding way and into the bottle feeding star wheel.Each capping head picks up the cap, and with the rotation of the station, gradually buckle the cap to the bottle mouth and enter the main star wheel for capping.The torque of capping can be adjusted according to requirements.Screw the cap of the bottle through the bottle out star wheel, and then transported to the conveyor belt.After the elimination mechanism detection is correct (no aluminum foil or bad capping automatic elimination) by the conveyor belt to the next process.

The cap trimmer arranges the caps with different orientations into the orientations that need to be grasped and sends them to the star wheel that needs to be grasped.
