1. Introduction:           

HTD series single column lifting hopper mixer is widely used in the mixing of powder and powder, powder and particle, particle and particle in the production process of pharmaceutical industry. The machine has the function of automatic lifting, mixing and descending, and can be equipped with various specifications of hopper for mixing operation. It is suitable for large and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises. It can mix drugs of different varieties and batches in accordance with the process requirements, so as to realize the multi-purpose of one machine.

2. Working Principle:  

The mixer of single column lifting hopper pushes the mixing hopper into the rotary arm and locks the nut. The control system is started to lift the hopper to the mixing height. The control system automatically mixes the data according to the set time and speed. When the mixing operation is finished, it is positioned at the horizontal position, the hopper automatically drops to the ground, the whole machine stops, and the process data is printed. Loosen the locking nut of the rotary arm and push the hopper out to the next process. Because the symmetrical axis of the hopper forms an angle with the rotary axis of the rotary arm. The three-dimensional movement of different components in the closed hopper results in strong overturning and high shear, achieving good mixing effect.

   1. The single column lifting hopper mixer is a high-tech product of mechatronics. Hydraulic lifting, hydraulic drive, PLC control; easy to control and adjust process parameters.            
   2. Sensitive control system, compact structure, stable and reliable operation.            
   3. The single machine can be equipped with various types of hoppers, and the mixed materials can not be discharged from the hopper. They are unloaded with the hopper from the slewing arm and directly transferred to the next process. This greatly improves the use efficiency of the mixer, avoids cross contamination of materials, and fully meets the requirements of GMP.              
   4. The mixing hopper can be used as the batching bucket of the previous process and the feeding hopper of the next process (tablet pressing and filling). It can also raise a certain height to carry out on-line material distribution for the small turnover hopper.            
   5. The mixing uniformity is more than 99%, the volume loading coefficient is 0.80, and the inside and outside of the barrel are smooth without dead angle.            
   6. After each batch of drugs are mixed and used, the empty hopper shall be operated in a special cleaning room for cleaning, so as to keep the clean environment of the workshop.
