Brief introduction:
NJPG series automatic hard capsule filling machine is a hard capsule filling equipment for highly active, highly toxic and highly sensitized drugs. A set of OEB4 level negative pressure isolation system is configured to ensure that the whole production process of products from empty capsule feeding, capsule sowing, cap body separation, powder feeding, powder filling, waste removal, cap body locking, finished product launch, equipment cleaning, etc. is carried out in a closed environment to protect operators and products.
Features:
1) Online spray wetting and cleaning, and the operation cabin is completely isolated from the outside.
2) The platform adopts multi curved surface inclination angle design, and is equipped with low point drainage, which is conducive to cleaning.
3) Unique empty capsule feeding structure to achieve sealing effect.
4) The filter element replacement operation is safe and convenient, and the bag in and bag out structure and push-push structure are used.
