 CSI-200 Electromagnetic induction sealing machine is automatic aluminum foil sealing equipment, the equipment can be used in medicine, food and cosmetics industry.US Enercon Original Package Oral (SS 100).
The front-end equipment is a capping machine. The conveyor belt divides the bottles sent by the capping machine into a certain distance through the bottle separating wheel device and passes through the sealing head. The electromagnetic eddy current generated by the high-frequency coil of the sealing head makes the aluminum foil on the bottle mouth instantly generate high heat, and then fuse On the bottle mouth, the function of sealing is achieved. The sealing speed is fast, suitable for mass production; the all-stainless steel mold forms the shell, which is beautiful and generous; it is easy to use and the sealing quality is good.
 

 

3.1,split
Conveyor running, the split machine stopped when the sealing machine not work or unusual, the sealing machine start to split the bottle in normal running.
Split wheel distribute the bottle evenly, so that the  heat transfer of sealing is balanced and the sealing quality is improved.
