1. Introduction:
CFE-2402 capsule counting machine is a kind of granule counting and filling machine, which is specially used for packing tablets, pills, various soft and hard capsules and other solid granules. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, health care, food, and other industries.
When the bottle supplied by the front-end equipment , the granules in the silo slide continuously to the blanking port along the three-stage vibration track, count by the optical detection electric eye and the relevant control system, and collect in the channel material gate. When the set filling quantity is reached, the granules in the material gate fall into the servo device through the material nozzle, and then the bottling process is completed. Through the bottle division, the process is repeated, complete the counting and bottling process of drug particles.
The functions of the counting machine are as follows: positive cylinder for bottle dividing, silo, three-stage vibration for material dividing, electric eye for counting and packing, and filling into bottles.
CFE-2402 capsule counting machine is a mechatronics equipment which applies PLC plus single chip microcomputer program control technology. Users can set the production parameters such as speed and time according to the needs of product process. 3. Main configuration

3.1. Silo

3.2. Three stage vibrating plate material distribution
The three-stage vibrating plate is used to accelerate the grain conveying step by step, and the grain spacing is widened, so as to realize the rapid and uniform grain conveying.

3.3 Counting system
The particles of tablets, capsules and pills falling through infrared eyes are counted from 2mm to 30mm in diameter.
 

Twelve groups of induction system can count both 12 groups at the same time and separately.

Each group of induction system is received by eight sets of signals, so as to ensure that any specification of products can be accurately calculated.

The main material door is designed with coordination of storage and discharge, and it does not form blockage at the mouth of the material mouth, and improves the bottle filling speed.

3.4 Control system

The control system is based on hmi-plc-scm structure. PLC is used to monitor the status of the equipment, control the operation of the equipment, and implement the relevant control interlock. HMI provides user interface. Single chip microcomputer is used for electronic counting.

10-Inch Touch screen is selected for operation.The main control module is Siemens S7-1200 series.
