*Brief description: 
NJP2000 is an intermittent full automatic capsule filling machine with multiple tamping stations, precise design and stable performance. It can completes the following process: feeding capsule, separating capsule, filling, rejecting defective capsule, closing capsule, discharging finished capsule automatically. It adopts closed rotary table with ten stations. There are 15 holes in two row of the module. This machine is applied up-to-date technologies, also meet the requirement of GMP and FDA standard. It's absolutely the most ideal machine for pharmaceutical, food supplement and cosmetic industry.

1. Compact body, low power consumption, easy to replace change parts, easy to operate and clean;
2. High accuracy graduator box applied, which can realize: low vibration; noise is less than 75dB even limit running; dosing precision is within ±3% if filling material fluidity is good ; Qualified capsule loading ratio is over 99% when use machine-made capsule made in China.

4. High grade S.S 304 and 316L is used  in accordance with pharmaceutical factory cGMP requirements.
5. Powder collecting device can be adopted if required by customer, which can effective to collect 85-90% of the drop powder to improve the economic benefit of the pharmaceutical factories.
6. Bottom of dosage disc is inserted with sealing device to avoid powder leak; reduce the attrition of fastener and more easy for washing. Intersectant pollution is avoided and energy conservation is achieved.
7. Controllable ion permeation (PIP) technology applied to the cam surface to improve the surface hardness, to ensure the equipment long lifetime and reliability of running (We are the only manufacturer in China to make cams with 5 dimensional equipment which is imported from Germany).
8. Crawler chain applied, not easy to jump over teeth, reduce vibration, avoid chain stretching after long running, improve the service life of the equipment.
9. Mould hole online cleaning device applied: the mould cleaning device enters the mould hole with a 45 ° angle air needle to conduct high-pressure "blowing" in the mould hole, which can effectively clean the residual powder in the module wall, make the mould hole cleaner, and improve the capsule loading rate.
10. The intelligent module of human-machine interface can realize the function of auto diagnosing,
monitoring,alarm & stop running in case of filling material shortage, capsule shortage, material passing way block, mechanical failure, etc.
